Food Standards Scotland have updated guidance aimed at the food and drink sector to reflect the Scottish Government's Route Map and Framework for Decision Making out of the current crisis.
The guidance is to be applied by food manufacturing, processing and retail as well takeaway, delivery and drive through.
With the guidance there is a risk assessment tool, a checklist to support he risk assessment, and a further guide specifically for the takeaway sector.
